My Booking Policy

DEPOSITS AND FORMS OF PAYMENT


All bookings require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Remaining balance must be paid IN FULL in cash, Cashapp, or Apple Pay before your session.


The Session will be canceled if payment not paid NO EXCEPTIONS!!

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATIONS


I do not offer same-day rescheduling. Canceled appointments are still NON-REFUNDABLE. You may reschedule up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment. The rescheduling fee is $25.00 if you fail to meet these guidelines. After the second request to reschedule, CMF Photography will cancel your appointment.

When will I receive my photos?


You will Receive proofs 2-3 days after the session is completed and receive final photos 7-14 business days via email. Weekends and holidays are not included. In some cases, the photographers’ workload may result in a longer turnaround time.


If you want your pictures in an expedited timeframe a rush fee of $60 will be included in the total session.

NO SHOWS


If you do not notify the photographer that you are going to be late or you don't show up to the session at all you will be charged a no-show fee of $60 and will not be allowed to book with CMF Photography again.

  • NO OILS, LOTION ONLY
  • I DO NOT release raw or unedited files. if you want the raw or unedited pictures it will be $20 per photo.
  • I have limited props (Stools,Chairs and Posing Box) you are allowed to bring your own props as desired.
  • NO PETS ARE ALLOWED in the studio unless they are being photographed.
  • I ask all clients not to put a filter on any pictures as this is a form of Copyright infringement.
  • No More Than 3 Guest should be in the studio unless its a family session! if you bring more guest it will be a extra fee
